On July 12, 2011, we found out that Mommy was pregnant with baby #3!!! We asked Isabella how she would feel if Mommy had a baby in her tummy. Isabella said "Yeah, I am so excited. I want a baby sister and another baby brother".
Just yesterday, Mommy and Isabella were talking about the baby and Isabella asked if the baby was kicking me in my tummy. I said no, I did not feel anything. Isabella said that the baby might be sleeping. I agreed.
Then she said, "Mommy, can I talk to the baby?" I said sure and Isabella took her two hands, squeezed my cheeks so my mouth would open and shouted down my throat, " Hi baby, don't kick Mommy okay? Please play nicely in there". I laughed hysterically as I assumed Isabella would talk to my belly and not into my mouth. I asked Isabella if she was sure the baby heard her as sound has to travel through my mouth, throat, etc.... Isabella paused a little and then squeezed my cheeks again and shouted even louder, "Did you hear me baby?"
I thought it was too cute!
